redistribution of DLLs

Hello,
The licensing FAQ says:
"Yes, with your purchase of the Intel IPP product (and updates through the support service subscription), redistribution rights are provided".

Does that mean that subscription to the update service is required to retain redistribution rights beyond the first year, or merely that updates are redistributable too ?

Renewal only mean to get additional year of support and upgrades.You haveredistribution rights (subject to terms of license) regardless of purchase date.
