using vc1 encoder for silverlight

hello.

does anybody know that the ipp vc1 encoder really supports silverlight?

i made a silverlight player that decodes vc1 and aac stream, and then play it on the screen.

but it doesn't work.

it seems that silverlight can't decode a stream that produced by ipp vc1 encoder.

i hope to use ipp vc1 encoder with silverlight.

is it possible? does ipp vc1 encoder support silverlight?

please let me know, if you have a hint.

I am not sure about VC1 encoder, but there is discussion on how to use H.264 stream with Silverlight, you can refer to -H.264 for Silverlight
