Bioscience benchmarks?

We have benchmarks like Stream, HP Linpack, NAS Parallel..... to measure system characteristics. Are there any Bioscience specific benchmarks? --has anybody developed a benchmarkspecifically for the Biosciences for measuring system effectiveness for the code. I have seen that SpecInt and SpecCPU areused sincesome of the Bio* codes are Integer operation intensive. Any thoughts will be helpful.
