Greg,

Intel uses the Intel Registration Center (IRC) for product downloads.  registrationcenter.intel.com

You have to have registered your software "Serial Number" on IRC and set up an account to get access to older versions.  There is no guarantee that Intel keeps every single version and build - older stuff is eventually trimmed down to major releases for software that is like 8 years or so.  But for what you're looking for, it's new enough that I'm almost 100% sure it's there.

Intel has some help here:  https://software.intel.com/en-us/faq/downloading

And if you need help finding your serial number and setting up an IRC account, go to their licensing and download forum here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-software-development-products-download-registration-licensing
