The calculation results of allreduce in Intel MPI and OpenMPI are different

Could you please provide us with the below details to help us investigate your issue?

1. Sample reproducer code & complete steps to reproduce the issue from our end.
2. The version of Intel MPI & OpenMPI you are using?
3. Operating system details.
4. CPU details
5. Are you running your program on a single node or a cluster of nodes? If running on multi-nodes, then please provide the Interconnect details & job scheduler being used.

Also, please provide your results obtained from Intel MPI & OpenMPI.
