Multi Threading and Dual Interface

Hi,

I am Deepak, working in MS Technologies, VB, SQL, ASP, .Net. But i have a doubt since a long time. Could anybody please help me? I want to know, what exactly multi threading means and what is meant of Dual Interface. what is Apartment Threading ?
