Only the administrator of this serial number may perform this operation

Hello,

I recently entered a new serial number of the Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran Linux - Floating Academic 1 seat (ESD) product.

However, when I go to my products, this serial number is greyed, not giving me a chance to alter any option within it. how can i resolve this problem?
