hyperthread test utility, no bios? but bios are installed!

When running the hyperthread test utility v1.8, the processor test passes, the chipset test passes, but the bios fails. I have a pentium 4 3.0ghzon a dell dimension 5100. I have installed the latest bios from dellfor my computer, stillsame result. I have enabled bios in start upbios.Alsoall updates for programsinstalled? What is happening, how do I fix???

I have 3 exclamation marks, guess my Hyper threading is working cause i do have 2 graphs in task manager. :)
