The code in the zip file contains just the source code of the igzip library functions. It's left to the programmer to develop a wrapper to build a complete executable, linking to the compiled igzip library.
You wrote many entries requesting very similar information. I've provided you more information about the usage of the igzip library functions in your other thread. Hope it helps.
