The following is a reply from Intel's engineer in charge of this issue:

EMMC manufacturer modified the capacitance of NUC board (larger). Now there are some experiments on wa. At present, the AC cycles are more than 1000 without any problems. On the other hand, BIOS parameters need to be adjusted, which requires EMMC manufacturers to provide more analysis data.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.  

In our previous interaction, we recommended to try updating the BIOS to the latest version. By any change, were you able to give it try? If so, did you notice any improvement?


Additionally, you mentioned that you were working with the eMMC manufacturer on this matter.

Is there any update or recommendations provided by them?

If so, please let me know.

I've tried to update the BIOS version to the latest version, but it still doesn't work.

 

At present, EMMC manufacturers have not given a specific solution, and it will take some time to wait.
