Hello.
I'm using 'Intel Android Device USB driver' for connecting our HW boards. After change the PC I've had a problem for connecting to ADB. I use in both cases Win10. Settings of driver are looked different. Below the description of driver and their settings for work and non-working version (work only "adb devices"). Calling commands "adb shell", "adb root" causes a freeze.
