Hello everyone,
we bought 20 Intel NUC11PAH. Almost all of them don't shutdown properly.
After shutdown the power-LED turns back on after 10-20 minutes and lights blue. You can hear the NUC working but no mouse or keyboard inputs are taken. Also no post on the monitors.
If the NUC is in this state the only way to get them to boot is to unplug the power and plug it back in - afterwards it starts normal.
This does not happen every shutdown but every other.
Newest Driver installed via the Intel Driver Tool, also newest BIOS Update installed. Doesn't matter if its Windows10 or 11, the problem happens on both OS.
Thanks in advance for all help!

Hello DarkPengu,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having issues with your Intel® NUC 11 Performance kit - NUC11PAHi3
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Was the issue present out of the box?
3. Do you see any LED light pattern on the power button?
4. Have you tried with a different power supply/power cord?
5. Have you tried with a different RAM and/or SSD?
Regards,
Deivid A.

This is a known issue. Unfortunately, Intel has yet to solve the issue.
Here a quick list of other forums where this issue is being discussed.
A partial solution is to roll back to an old display driver from July 2021. It used to be labeled 27.20....
A while back Intel relabeled this driver to a 30 something designation.
This driver has screen corruption and compatibility issues with Windows 11. Nevertheless, it is the best option at the moment.

I have already tried that with no success.
Does the BNUC11TNHi30000 have the same problem? I am up tot he point of trying other models and then will force intel to do an return swap if these work.
