NUC8iHVC can't install win10 pro from USB flash drive

Hi All,

I tried with RAID and AHCI. It gets as far as preparing install files and then hangs.

I downloaded the Windows Installation Tool from Microsoft onto 3 different USB flash drives, each at least 16GB.

I have 2 Samsung 970 Nvme 250GB drives

Please help

Just in case that you are missing something, this is a link to Windows 10 clean installation: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html Windows 10 Help Forums . Follow the steps in this tutorial (install Windows 10 64bit with the UEFI option).

Thanks for your answer.

I gave up on the flash drive and downloaded the iso from Microsoft.

This worked for me.
