Hey,
whenever I try to open the app it gives me the prompt saying that it is trying to open with buttons saying yes and no but whenever I click yes nothing happens. It doesn't open in my task bar and if I try to open it again it just gives me the same prompt leaving me in an eternal cycle of not knowing what to do.
Thanks in advance for the help.
EDIT: The intel.com/optanememory gives an outdated version of the software
