I keep getting the same error code, says it cannot write to my hard drive. I have free space at the end of my hard drive but still receive this message.

*Please attach screenshots of disk management.
*Please attach the specific error message you are getting from the software.
*Please download and run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility. Run the scan selecting "Everything." Save this report and upload.
*Please attach the logs located here: C:\Users\[your user name]\Intel\Logs
