:-( enable option grayed out in Intel Rapid Storage Technology Utility
:-( HP Bios has no option to enable Optane
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Utility detect the optane module, however enable option is disabled

Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.
Based on your description, I would say that you would have to reset the module from BIOS, however as you are using an All-in-One system, it’s better to contact the manufacturer (HP* in this case) directly to ask them how to recover the module.
The following HP* article includes some instructions you may want to try, however if they don’t work, please contact them directly as stated in their article: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06101701
Systems like laptops or All-in-Ones are not the same as regular Desktop computers, they usually include special features at BIOS and OS level that we are not aware of, so before doing any system change, it’s always recommended to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
