Hello, llx199.

Good day,

Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forums.

I received your ticket regarding the file you are looking for, I will be glad to assist you.

Can you provide more details about the Intel product or documentation you need assistance with?

I'm not familiar with the document you mentioned, so I'm assuming it is not related to Intel Optane Memory, but I may be able to look for the appropriate area of support if you can provide more details.

I will follow up on September 20th in case additional time is required.

Best regards,

Bruce C.

Hi @llx199

The .zip file that you are looking for is included in the package ID# 614029 that can be obtained from RDC

The .zip file includes the document "Ice-Lake-D-LCC-DDR4-SI-MUG-614029-Rev1-2.pdf" and 2 zip files that constitute the "ICX_D_DDR4_Customer_Deck". Please notice the package is Intel Confidential so you'll need to log in to access it (previous CNDA required).

Regards,
