DIMM error injection through ITP

Hi 

 

    We need to do DIMM error injection through ITP(Intel System Debugger).  Do you know if there are any procedural documents for DIMM error injection through ITP that we can refer to.  Thank you~

Regarding your query, we understand that you want to perform DIMM error injection through ITP. However we see that the product you have selected in Intel Optane Memory. Can you confirm if this is the product for which you are trying to perform the DIMM error injection through ITP or is it any other memory module?

       Thank you for your reply。  Sorry — I may have sent the email to the wrong group (memory type). We are just using standard DDR5 memory and want to perform DIMM error injection through ITP and need an SOP document to reference and follow.  Please help us check if this kind of document exists? Thank you a lot.

        I have followed the  IPS registration page instructions, but I don't receive any e-mail notification and see Intel Premier Support button in the My Intel Dashboard.   Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply and thank you for the screenshot.


Please note that it may take some time for the IPS request to be authorized and for the email to be received. We request you to kindly wait for some time and see if you receive the email. Also, please check your spam folder to see if the email is present there. 


Also, as the screenshot says your request has been approved, can you try logging in via a different browser to see if you get the option to create an IPS ticket?
