Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message?
What is your system configuration?
Has your Optane Memory worked before in this system? Is this an initial Optane Installation?
Are you using the Optane memory Application or RST in your system? This error seems to be related to the use of both applications on the same system.
Can you please share with me the steps you followed to enable the Optane? This is in order for me to try to reproduce your issue on my end.
I will be waiting for your update to investigate your issue.
