- This is caused by Windows 10 1903 update.
- To fix this click on Windows key + x.
- Click on Apps and Features.
- Select "Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management" (on the right pane).
- Click on Advanced Options , then click Repair and then Reset.
- Restart your computer.

I have the same problem since updating to 1903 and there is no "advanced options" button in my interface - what am I missing?

Please just uninstall the Optane Pinning Explorer Extensions. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000030517/memory-and-storage.html
