From the image you shared I can see that you are using Intel® Optane™ Memory software, version 184.108.40.2065, which includes the 220.127.116.115 Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) driver. Have you experienced this issue with a previous version of the software? I ask this because some customers have solved this issue by installing a previous version of the software. Is this something you are willing to try?
