From the image you shared I can see that you are using Intel® Optane™ Memory software, version 22.214.171.1245, which includes the 126.96.36.1995 Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) driver. Have you experienced this issue with a previous version of the software? I ask this because some customers have solved this issue by installing a previous version of the software. Is this something you are willing to try?

I discovered that it has nothing to do with driver version.
Just by disabling "hybrid sleep mode" it is now OK : see attached screenshot.
