Go toSleep mode is impossible

Everything works fine with my Optane module + 2 TB HDD, but I can not go to sleep mode.

Wake up happens directly after going to sleep mode.

My mother board is MSI X299 SLI PRO.

Sleep mode was working perfectly with my previous SSD drive Ssmsung 850 PRO.

See attached screenshot for version numbers.

Hello JSmith666,

Thank you for your interest in the Intel® Optane™ Memory.

From the image you shared I can see that you are using Intel® Optane™ Memory software, version 15.9.0.1015, which includes the 15.9.0.1015 Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) driver. Have you experienced this issue with a previous version of the software? I ask this because some customers have solved this issue by installing a previous version of the software. Is this something you are willing to try?

For more information regarding previous versions of the software, please check the submenu located on the bottom left side of this site (Other Versions): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27401/Intel-Optane-Memory?v=t https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27401/Intel-Optane-Memory?v=t

Also, in order to provide the adequate assistance, and in order to fully analyze this issue, could you please share the report generated by the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-)?

I'll be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Andres V.

Thanks for your support.

I discovered that it has nothing to do with driver version.

Just by disabling "hybrid sleep mode" it is now OK : see attached screenshot.
