I can not active Intel optane memory, Why?

I have bought a 'Lenovo Ideapad 330S-15IKB' Laptop. When I install optan memory driver but did not run. So need help.

Do you know for certain that the laptop supports optane?

Have you checked the bios and set the correct sata mode?

What processor do you have? Provide the model number.

What operating system, AND VERSION do you have?
