Install Optane Memory and Storage

Trying to Install the Optane Memory and Storage so I can use my NVME drive. I can see it on Win 11, but it is Unallocated.  When I try install the Intel Optane Memory I get a pop up window

And of course, when I try to install the RST driver, i get the pop up window to install the Intel Optane Memory and Storage. So it is the ultimate circle of life never ending. Can you help???

I received your ticket regarding the installation of the Optane Memory and Storage Management, and I will be reviewing this with you.


Please let me know the following:


  1. What drive (or drives) are installed in the system?
  2. Is there a particular reason why you need the Optane Memory and Storage Management or RST?
  3. What is the model of your motherboard/system and have you tried to contact the manufacturer?


I will follow up April 7th in case additional time is required.
