to be honest, in this area I do not handle much, I will try to be specific with my problem, I have restarted from 0 my computer a HP-15dk1028la, installing again windows and all the configuration. my pc has an Intel® Optane™ H10 Memory with solid state storage and I think it is not configured, it is not operating, since it mentions “your system is not ready for intel optane” I do not know what I should do, if I need a driver or something else I should move in the configuration.

Download the Intel Optane Memory H Series Installation and User Guide. You will find in this guide explanation how to enable the acceleration on this drive. Please ensure that the SATA mode in BIOS is set correctly (i.e. "Intel RST Premium with Optane"). If not, you should do this before doing any thing else. In order to change the SATA mode without corrupting Windows, you should set Windows to SAFE boot mode first. Once the new SATA mode is set as required, reset Windows boot to NORMAL and continue with RST Driver and Optane enablement.

Hi arherrera12,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community.
We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding the reported issue. Upon checking, the products Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 with Solid State Storage and Intel® Optane™ Memory H20 with Solid State Storage reached their End of Interactive Support (EOIS) on January 17, 2024.
After this date, Intel concludes by providing interactive support, including technical support provided through web tickets, telephone, chat, community support forums, or email inquiries. Due to this product being discontinued, perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.
Please refer to the below article for EOIS status:
Along with that, for the best-effort support you may refer to the User Guide for H10 Optane:
Please be informed that the thread will no longer be monitored.
