As we understand, you needed assistance related to the Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 with Solid State Storage in your Dell* Inspiron 15 5000 Laptop. If we inferred correctly, please review the following information:
• We do not see in your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) website any information that your equipment is H10 ready from out of the box.
• Our advice is to contact your OEM Dell* directly to get the latest firmware update and to assure compatibility between the Intel® Optane™ Memory H10 with Solid State Storage and your computer. Because they are the only source of information regarding your PC hardware’s compatibility.
We will not close this thread, and you can still post and share your findings with the community. If you need assistance related to an Intel® product, please do not hesitate to contact us back by opening a new thread, and please submit a new question. We will no longer monitor this thread.
