Hi Radek,
I'll try to list the procedure/requirements needed to enable the Optane Acceleration on one of your DATA drives (as you probably know, your NVMe System SSD can't be accelerated).
1. If your Optane Memory was previously used, it should be cleared from old data (if any). To do this, select the Optane drive in DISKPART Command prompt and execute "clean" command.
2. The Optane Module should be installed in M2_2 slot (see page 1-12 User Manual)
3. The System Drive and the DATA Drive boeing accelerate should have GPT (rather than MBR partition). If not, use MBR2GPT command to convert from MBR to GPT, without loosing data.
4. The SATA Mode in BIOS in Advanced PCH Storage Configuration should be set "Intel RST with Intel Optane System Acceleration" (see page 36,37 in BIOS User Manual). If the mode is set to AHCI, in order to not corrupt the O.S. Boot, change Windows Boot Mode to SAFE. Only then, enter BIOS and change the SATA Mode. Save the setting and boot into Windows in SAFE mode. Next, you may change Windows Boot mode to NORMAL.
5. Now try to enable Optane Acceleration as described in Section 6.1 of the Optane Installation Guide.

Greetings Radek,
Thank you contacting Intel Customer Support.
There are few of this same issue can resolve by just restarting the computer. However, if this doesn't work, you can try to remove the SATA drive from the system and boot again without the drive to see if the module still appears as offline.
Apparently, this issue is because there are two drives with the same disk signature in your system, so one of them appears as offline. Chances are that if you remove the HDD, the module may appear as online again. You can check the following information for additional details: https://neosmart.net/wiki/disk-signature-collision/
If you are able to make the Intel® Optane™ Memory online again, please follow these steps to clean the module and delete any data stored in it:
Open the Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run the command diskpart.
Run the command list disk. You will see all your drives, including the Intel® Optane™ Memory. Take note of the ID associated with the module.
Run the command select disk . Use the ID number for the Intel® Optane™ Memory.
Run the command clean all to start the process. This process will delete all data in the module, so make sure you actually selected the module and not another drive by mistake.
Once this is done, you can add again the HDD and see if everything is working fine.
I'll be waiting for your results.
