Intel optane 16gb module not being detected at all in bios or windows!

A couple of days ago my intel optane module stop working after working well for a couple of months, now it no matter what I do in my bios I cant get it to recognize my optane module even after bios re-flashes! please help!

​remove  optane memory  and  restore  bios  settings , save and exist

reinsert optane memory  ,see  memory  detects  by bios  or not
