Is my laptop using an optane memory or not?

My laptop Memory configuration is 16Gb optane memory+1.8TB HDD. I have pre-intsalled intel rapid storage in my laptop and don't have optane memory module or software whatever it ts called. My question is that do i need to require Intel optane memory module ( Setup optane memory.exe file) or my optane memory is working correctly with this rapid storage drivers?

Looks like everything is ok to me. Optane is enabled and paired with your 1.8TB drive. And, it correctly states that pinning is not available.

No, you do not need Setup optane memory.exe file. It looks like your laptop provider set this up properly. I would be very careful messing with it
