Hello, @JTims1.
Your original ticket was regarding secondary drive acceleration on X299 platform.
As mentioned in that ticket, secondary drive acceleration is not supported and contacting the system manufacturer was recommended as they may be able to provide other information, options, workaround or confirm if it supports secondary acceleration or not.
They may also have information about other interactions with users of the same motherboard that have contacted them with similar issues or internal tests performed by them, the same way we are able to perform tests on different Intel products when available, but from our part, that feature is not supported nor validated by us to work on X299 platforms:
- Software and Platform Support for Intel® Optane™ Memory: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026040/memory-and-storage/intel-optane-memory.html
I do understand that the main issue has changed to "primary drive acceleration" and you are currently working with the community on a new ticket; we will be monitoring in order to help in any way we can.
This thread will be closed, but the new thread will remain active.
