I received your ticket regarding this error message during the Optane Memory setup process, I will be glad to assist you.

 

Please keep in mind that community support is provided in English only and the use of the translator may be required.

 

Have you tried installing the "Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management" from the Microsoft Store?

I would also like to know if you can provide us a full system report using the Intel SSU:
