Optane - problem with sleep mode

Hi, my platform hardware:

- MSI X299 RAIDER

- INTELCore I7-7740

- SSD WD Black 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe (only for OS, not accelerated with Optane)

- INTEL OPTANE 32GB PCIe M.2

- HDD THOSHIBA 2TB SATA (accelerated with Optane, with RST Driver)

After install RST driver (from SetupRST.zip - documentation says that this driver supports NVMe devices) everything works well, except resume from Sleep mode. It consume very long time, and sometime ends with BSOD "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"

Regards,

Adam

Hi AdAdamus,

We understand that you are getting BSODs with your Intel® Optane™ Memory when resuming from Sleep mode.

Could you please provide us with the specific error code for the BSOD?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards,

Junior M.

Hi AdAdamus,

What we mean is to disable the Intel® Optane™ Memory from the software, once is disable the system will not be accelerated by the module so we can check if you still have the same situation related to the BSODs.
