Liveupdate asus installed the bios 303 update, after which intel optane stopped loading with hdd. How to restore windows?If I do not have backup images.

Also, ALWAYS have a backup, whether using optane or raid or any other mode.

Since this was caused by an asus update, I would contact asus. And, it is possible that asus reset or changed the SATA mode. Check with asus on the bios settings.
