Could be that your computer shutted down as result of temporary power interruption or overheat condition. This can happen. Any way after reading the Cache Meta data (which is normal after such event), you computer restarted again? So, if your computer is working now, no any fix is needed.

I think there is something that needs fixed as it shuts down every time it sits idle for a time.
