Hello Yamal,
Thank you for your reply.
After reviewing the logs and the information provided, we will appreciate if you can try the following as part of the troubleshooting in your Z370 AORUS Gaming 7*:
Based on the Motherboard manufacturer manual (https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_z370-aorus-gaming-7_1003_181029_e.pdf) section 3-3 B-2, please check the following BIOS configuration and try to swap the Optane memory from M.2 port.
Go to Peripherals\SATA And RST Configuration and
make sure USE RST Legacy OROM is disabled. If you want
to enable the Optane™ memory installed in the M2M_32G
connector, set PCIe Storage Dev on Port 17 to RST
Controlled; to enable the Optane™ memory installed in the
M2A_32G connector, set PCIe Storage Dev on Port 9 to
RST Controlled; to enable the Optane™ memory installed
in the M2P_32G connector, set PCIe Storage Dev on Port
21 to RST Controlled.
We will be looking forward to your reply letting us know if the system can recognize the Optane memory after switching the M.2 port and setting up the BIOS accordingly to the manual.
Best regards,
Josh B.
