Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.
Could you please let me know which version of the Intel® RST driver you are currently using?
You can check it by going to Programs and Features. To open it press the Windows* key + r, and then type appwiz.cpl in the textbox that will appear. Click OK and you will see the Programs and Features window. Scroll down to identify where the Intel® RST driver is listed (it may also appear as the Intel® Optane™ Memory application).
Please take a screenshot of that window so that I can take a look at it too.
