Thank you for posting in the Intel® communities.
From what I can see in the screenshot, the reason why you are not able to install the application is because your BIOS doesn’t support the Intel® Optane™ Memory.
Considering this information, I recommend you to contact your system manufacturer (Acer* according to the screenshot) to check if there is a BIOS update available. If you already have the BIOS updated, then I’m afraid that your system is not compatible with the Intel® Optane™ Memory.
