The mode name of CPU is "Model name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6348 CPU @ 2.60GHz". And the optane is "NMA1XXD128GPS".

Hello allen-zhuo,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In regards to your question, based on the part number NMA1XXD128GPS we noticed that this is an Intel® Optane™ Persistent Memory 100 series which is not compatible with 3rd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors like Intel® Xeon® Gold 6348 Processor, the 100 series module is compatible with 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Gold and Platinum processor SKUs.

Here you can check the compatible processor models for the 100 series:

Here you can check the compatible processor models for the 200 series:

No. Intel Optane 100 Series (Apache Pass) is supported on Cascade Lake Xeon CPUs only. For your Ice Lake CPU, you need to use Intel Optane 200 Series (Barlow Pass).
