Hello,
I am currently studying radiation effects (SEU/MBU risk analysis) on one of our THALES systems, which integrates several COTS components supplied by Altera (Intel):
- FPGA EP4CE40F23A7N (cyclone IV family)
- FPGA EP4CE6F17A7N (cyclone IV family)
- FPGA 5CGXFC5C6U19I7N (cyclone V family)
- FPGA 5CGXFC7C6U19I7N (cyclone V family)
As part of this study, I would like to know whether atmospheric radiation testing has been performed on these devices. If so, would it be possible to provide any test reports summarizing the results, including cross-section data (sensitivity in cm²/bit) ?
If this information is not available, could someone please direct me to the appropriate contact who might be able to assist?
