BUG Report - Firmware missing for DC S3110 1.024TB

Just replaced a DC S3110 1.024TB under warranty. The replacement has the old firmware. The only way to update this drive is through the Data Center Tool, which is missing the firmware for the 1.024TB model, similar to how the Intel 545S 1TB firmware was missing from the Intel SSD Toolbox in prior releases. Also, I can't fill out a warranty or support request since the warranty/support system has no listing for the 1.024TB model, nor can find it through the ISN/SN number.

 

Please update the Data Center Tool so I can update the firmware, which should prevent another RMA.

Yes, that's the version of the Data Center Tool that produced the above output, erroneously indicating the firmware was current.

Engineering requested to try to proceed with Firmware Update, ignore the messages and try to update the firmware to LHF002D, please attach screen shots of your findings.

Here's the command output from the firmware update command. It's the same output as the RMA drive - wrongly indicates the "old" firmware (LHF0B1D) is latest.
