When I check the warranty status, it shows me the picture above.
Can you help me check this?

Hi @Yuen ,
1. I've checked warranty information according to numbers shown on the label. As you probably know, your product can be located by Intel site. It could be that it is covered by warranty by laptop manufacturer, since this SATA SSD was widely used in laptops.
2. Please download and install Intel Memory and Storage Tool (Intel MAS) . Run this tool and see what is the S/N displayed in this tool.

Hi Leon,
My laptop is out of warranty, it was broken can not re-use.
But with Intel SSD, the warranty date is 5 years, my SSD maybe still have a warranty.
I need to take it to Intel in Vietnam, but I can not find Intel Customer service at Vietnam and I don't know that can my SSD get a warranty for this issue?
Can you send me some info about Intel Customer Service in Vietnam?
I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Hi @Yuen .
No problem: Support Contact Information for APAC
The last item is in Vietnam. I don't know in which city, however you have Tall Free call number.

Just remember though, if the SSD came with the laptop, any warranty that it has is from the laptop manufacturer, not Intel.
