Help with Optane 5810X

Good afternoon. I bought an Optein 5810X in China, the Chinese sent it with a broken seal, but assures me that the SSD is new. Could you please provide the serial number to see if it matches this model?! And there is also a question, could the Chinese reset Smart Optein? And send me a used disk, is that possible? And why is it defined in the program as 5800X and not 5810X??? Is this how it should be?! Hope for your help, thank you.

Hello. Somehow Intel won’t write off helping them whether it’s Optein or not)) I assembled a new computer, and on it Optein was already revealed in all its colors. I think it's definitely not fake. I ordered it in China, but now this offer is no longer available there.
