Hi SSD Team,
I'm inquiring about the availability of NVMe SSDs with Controller Memory Buffers (CMB) support. Additionally, it would be ideal if these SSDs are compatible with PCIe 5.0.
Could you please provide information regarding this? Thank you.
I am aware of DC 4800X and D3700/D3600 have CMB, but they are in PCIe 3.0:

Hi cake,
Greetings!
Yes, you would be correct to say that. At present, the only model that supports CMB will be Intel® Optane™ SSD DC D4800X Series SSD's. There is no other SSD supporting this feature.

Thank you for choosing Intel.

Hi Ji L,
Hope you are doing well.
As per the links shared, we believe that you are looking for DC standard SSDs.
At the moment, Intel DC SSDs is only available with PCIe 4.0. You may refer to the link below for all the current DC SSDs available from Intel.
However, please take into count on the SSDs EOL. You may refer to the links below on the EOL information.

Hi Fikri,
Thanks for the reply. I'm aware of the DC 4800X SSD that has CMB, which I also mentioned in my question. So, is it true that no more new Intel SSDs with CMB, like PCIe 4.0 SSDs with CMB?
