Need support on Ethernet controller functionality - WGI211ATSLJXZ

Hi Experts , 

we have  noticed a problem in ethernet controller - WGI211ATSLJXZ  that the part was failed in MAC address verification in functional test station. And also the device was not being detected in PCIe Bus . 

Can you explain us what are the possibilities for this  reported problem. Please support and let me know any programming procedure with you for this particular ethernet controller.

Ethernet ICs Controller IEEE 10/ 100/1000 Mbps QFN64
