Good Day:
Intel support articultes that, the P1600x SSD is discontinued and not supported.
Until last week, the P1600x worked well as a cache drive with the recommended Romex Software Primocache.
As this may not be the correct space to post, I request local information from this forum for a Consumer desktop Windows 11Pro 25H2 that utilizes the Intel p1600x SSD.
BIOS , "sees" the drive. Windows Storage Space has no articulation at all...just lumps everything together.
Apparently, in order for Windows 25H2to use the drive as a HDD cache requires, Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) version 19.2.0.1003. Today, Device Manager lists IRST version as, 10.0.26100.1.
What drivers are necessary to re-institute-permit the implementation of Intel p1600x SSD (SSDPEK1A58AO) for use with third Party Romex Software PrimoCache, today?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
