ALTLVDS_RX behavior on Quartus II 13.1 and Quartus 14.0

Hi all, 

 I'm using ALTLVDS_RX Megafunction to interface CameraLink device. I have no problem as long as I compiled with Quartus II 13.1 version. When I wanted to compile with the 14.0 version, the compilation was successfully finished but the output data alignement was be changed. I didn't change megafuction settings. I don't have succeded to get the same alignment (trying to change phase shift alignment in the megawizard or in ALTLVDS_RX variation file).   Is there anyone knows how to fix this problem?   Hery

Whether someone responds or not, please file a Service Request with Altera. There were a number of changes in Q14.0, although they should mainly be GUI related and not how the underlying IP works. If you can submit the original megafunction, as well as something to show the original alignment and what you're seeing now, that would help? (I thought cameralink did some strange serdes, i.e. something like 7:1, but don't remember. Regardless, it shouldn't change.)

Sorry, but I don't have time to dig through and debug this. I think the forum will be helpful only if someone else has been through this and can quickly provide input. 

If not, please file an SR. If you can attach the project, or at least the LVDS megafunctions, that might help. If you think it's the PLL, go to the Fitter Report -> PLL Usage Summary and look at how they're set up. If they're different, please add that to the SR.
