AOCL Diagnostic problem: cannot find the upstream slot

Hello forum! 

I have a problem with using DE5_NET board. Afted installation Quartus, AOCL SDK, BSP and setting Env variables i try diagnose board.  "aocl diagnose: Running diagnostic from C:\altera\14.0\hld\board\terasic\de5net/w indows64/libexec   Verified that the kernel mode driver is installed on the host machine.   Using board package from vendor: Terasic Technologies Querying information for all supported devices that are installed on the host ma chine ...     MMD FATAL: acl_pcie_config.cpp:57: cannot find the upstream slot. Assertion failed: 0, file acl_pcie_config.cpp, line 57   This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. aocl diagnose: failed."  Driver set up correct. When i try program or flash board i get screen of death... My OS - winows server 2012 R2.
