Archive Project Problems

Hi,

is there anyone that have problems when restore archived project in QuartusII 8.0?

My problem is that when I try to restore and compile an archived project from a colleague of mine I get problems . We both use QuartusII version 8.0

I have no problem to do full compialation in Quartus. (no errors).

I generate a .ttf file in Quartus and then use it as a headerfile in a KEIL uV3 project. Then I compile this KEIL uV3 project and program an ATMEL AT91 SAM processor. When power up our videoboard, the processors flash memory will load the FPGA. (CycloneIII EP3C5). When trying to run the system I get malfunction.

If I use the headerfile, (the .ttf file) from my colleague without compiling it in my own Quartus environment, the system works. When debuging the system it comes to the facts that there are I2C NACK problems. (In the FPGA there is implemented two I2C slaves). The strange thing is if I compile and archive the project in my Quartus and then send it to my colleague who restore it, compile it, archive it on his computer and then send it back to me and then I use the .ttf file as is, it works.

When archive a project should not ALL settings be inherit when restored in another computer? Or must one do some Quarus II adjustments? Is there anyone that can give me some light on this thing? I shore would appreciate it.

Best Regards,

Blomman
