Autocorrelation using Quartus-II

Dear all,

I'm working on closed loop control of dc-dc converter using EP1C12Q240C8N of Cyclone family. My software is Quartus-II.

I want to denoise my feedback signals (voltage and current) to be absolutely noise free. So I want to use autocorrelation technique.

Please let me know how can I do that in Quartus-II.
