Broken links in documentation

I very regularly see this error page when I click links in Quartus / Intel FPGA articles and documents:

Usually, if I search for long enough, I can eventually find the missing document somewhere in a dark corner of the internet.

However, the only version of this spreadsheet that I can find (cached by google) doesn't seem to be correct:
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-10/arria_10_cyclone_10gx_pre_emphasis_and_output_swing_settings.xlsx

This spreadsheet is linked for example, from this article:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/articles/000077353.html?wapkw=Arria%2010%20%2F%20Cyclone%2010%20GX%20Pre-Emphasis%20and%20Output%20Swing

and on p. 275 of this user guide:
https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/666347?fileName=ug_cyclone10_xcvr_phy-683054-666347.pdf

Therefore, I have 2 questions:

  1. Where can I find this specific spreadsheet?
  2. Is there something I can do in general to more easily access all the broken links that Intel provides?

Hi,

All the links that you pasted in the description are working and point to the same document.

It is advised to clear the browser cache if the link is not opening or restart the browser. There could be cases where the links have been migrated to Intel website from earlier Altera. In that case, better to search for the document title on Intel website.

@Ash_R_Intel It worked for a few days, now it's even more dead than before:
