Can't find Terasic Dev Board in the Quartus Board Aware Feature

I have a dev kit I purchased from Terasic called the Apollo S10 SOM that has the Stratix 10 FPGA chip. When I start up Quartus Prime Pro, go to Assignments, Device and Board Tab, all it lists is the Intel Dev Kits, nothing with Terasic.

I used to have the Lite edition of Quartus and had no issues finding a lower tier board I purchased from Terasic called DE1-SoC that would populate in the board aware feature of Quartus. However there is no options in the pro edition for the S10 Board I purchased.

Terasic does offer third party software called "System Builder" which is a GUI that you click on peripherals you want to use on your design and hit generate, which has all the .qpf and .qsf files to load into Quartus Prime Pro. However I don't wish to use the System Builder as I'm not using any peripherals.

How can I find and load my S10 board into Quartus to use this Board feature and just select it in the software?

If it's not there or in the Design Store, you're kind of out of luck.  If you are using a newer version of Quartus (I think it was added last year), you can follow the Platform Designer Board Aware flow (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683609/23-4/using-the-board-aware-flow-in-platform.html) or just the Quartus board aware flow (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/757339/22-4/using-the-board-aware-flow-in-the-software.html) and create your own board preset.
